Chief Executive Officer

Paul is an experienced school leader with over twenty years working in school senior leadership and education advisory posts. Paul's most recent school leadership post was as Headteacher at Baden-Powell & St. Peter's CE Junior School (BPSP), a six-form-entry junior school in Poole which is now a highly valued member of the Coastal Learning Partnership family of schools. Following his six years as Headteacher at BPSP, Paul became the Chief Executive officer of a small Multi Academy Trust of six schools. Paul has been the Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Learning Partnership since 1st March 2020 during which time the Trust has grown from 15 to 20 schools.

Head of Learning and Achievement

Christian has more than twenty five years of experience in education and has worked as a system leader since 2012. Designated a National Leader of Education in 2016, Christian brings a wealth of experience in supporting schools in challenging circumstances. Creating high performing teams through coaching, mentoring and targeted CPD is a key tenet of his work.

Head of HR

Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her twenty-five years in both educational and generalist HR management roles. As well as supporting our managers, she coordinates a local network of Education HR Professionals, sharing best practice and improving development opportunities for our colleagues. Lisa’s particular area of interest is change management, complimented by her strengths in employee relations and leadership development.

Chief Finance and Operations Officer

Lisa is a Chartered Certified Accountant with twenty-five years’ experience within both education practice as well as large financial services companies. In addition to her technical accounting background Lisa also brings with her a wealth of experience in risk and controls, project management and communications.
