Our group of very different schools provides a range of opportunities for secondment and progression for existing staff, channelled through a meaningful appraisal process. Wellbeing is very important to us and you will benefit from free and confidential counselling, free minor surgery, access to physiotherapy and personal training sessions, webinars and apps providing support on a wide range of wellbeing topics and we also offer national and local discounts on everything from food shopping to holidays.
