Prior to his appointment as Head of Learning, Christian worked as headteacher of Heatherlands Primary School, which formed part of Coastal's original 'founding trusts'.

Rosanna began the role of Lead Practitioner for Teaching and Learning Pedagogy in September 2020. She has held Deputy Headteacher leadership roles, focusing on driving standards. She is an experienced teacher and has recent classroom and moderation experience. Rosanna works across all of the CLP schools to provide support for teaching and learning, pedagogical developments, curriculum design and teacher training.

Esther has been in education for over 20 years, she has worked in a range of schools across KS1 and 2 including within a special school. She has worked as Assistant Head and SENCo for over seven years including leading on SEND across a MAT prior to joining CLP. She holds a SENCo qualification and OCR qualifications to assess and teach pupils with special educational needs. She is currently undertaking a Masters in leadership and management with a focus on SEND.

Amy has a BA Hons degree in Primary Education with a specialism of Modern Foreign Languages at Primary. She attended the University of Chichester and began her first teaching position in West Dorset. In 2016, Amy began teaching in Key Stage 2 at Swanage St Mark's CE Primary School and later became the Literacy lead for the school. After taking maternity leave in 2018, Amy took on the role of 'Teaching and Learning Coach', this role enabled her to develop her understanding of school improvement and support teachers throughout their career pathways.
In 2020, she was seconded to support Corfe Castle CE Primary School as an Interim Deputy Headteacher. In January 2021, Amy became a permanent member of staff at Corfe Castle CE Primary School and is now undertaking the role of Headteacher. From September 2024, Amy will be supporting the central CLP school improvement team whilst continuing her role at Headteacher at Corfe Castle CE Primary School.

Nicky is an experienced teacher in the field of special education. She has worked as a Special Needs Teacher and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) in both special and mainstream schools, covering KS1 to KS4. Her qualifications include a SENCo qualification and OCR diplomas in assessing and teaching students with Specific Learning Difficulties. She is also an ELKLAN tutor with expertise in speech and language support. For the past eight years, Nicky has been a Specialist Advisory Teacher with the Dorset Education and Early Help Team. In this role, she worked with schools to build their capacity to support students with a variety of special needs. Currently, Nicky works for CLP focusing on assessing and making recommendations to support students with specific and complex needs, providing staff training to enhance their SEN skills, and engaging in joint planning to improve outcomes for children with SEN.

Michele has worked in various roles within education for 23 years. These have included teaching English in a secondary school in Germany; managing junior TESOL departments; significant experience in senior primary management and teaching positions; and time spent as an English lead practitioner.
She joined as an Education Improvement Professional (Standards and English) in April 2018 after 10 years working for Bournemouth LA as an Education Improvement Adviser. While employed with the LA, Michele led on all aspects of the National Literacy Strategies linked to English and school improvement. Michele was also responsible for training the KS 2 Writing moderation team across Bournemouth and Poole.
Michele provides support to schools within CLP and through traded services in regard to: English, Assessment and Moderation at all Key Stages, School improvement, Teaching and Learning, Curriculum development, Leadership development, Teacher training and development.
Outside work, Michele enjoys swimming, spinning and attempting to keep up with her daughter.

Naomi has more than 20 years experience in teaching and has been a senior leader for the past 12 years. She has extensive leadership experience in challenging schools after starting her career in a National Support School and holds the NPQH. Naomi had a particular passion for early years education, maths, and teacher development. She continues as Assistant Headteacher at St Clement’s and St John’s CE Infant School alongside her role as lead practitioner.
